Buxton Shooting Victim Recovering

A 28-year-old man is recovering after being critically injured in a shooting in Buxton.

State Police say the victim, Lincoln Kimball, of Hollis, continues his recovery at Maine Medical Center in Portland, according to WAGM-TV. The shooting occurred Sunday.

Police have identified the shooter as 19-year-old Brandon Lasante, of Buxton.

State Police continue to investigate what led to the incident and a possible motive for it. No arrests have been made thus far. State Police are working closely with the state attorney general's office and the York County district attorney's office.
