
Baileyville, Maine Man Arrested in Drug Overdose Death
A Baileyville man is facing manslaughter charges in the drug overdose death of a 40-year-old man in early December.
Police say an arrest warrant for 38-year-old Adam Casey was issued by the District Attorney’s Office for his alleged involvement in the Dec. 4th overdose death of Michael Blash, Sr. in Baileyville.

Casey is being held at the Washington County Jail. The Baileyville Police Department said Casey is currently on probation for another case of Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs.
A judge set bail for the manslaughter charge at $10,000. No bail was set on Casey's probation violation until a hearing scheduled for February.
The Washington County Sheriff’s Office assisted in the investigation.
