According to what has been announced on Limitless Wrestling’s social media pages, MJF won’t just be bringing the AEW World Championship to Lewiston—he’ll also be defending it.

If he is still champion on Friday, January 16th, it will mark the first time the AEW World Championship has ever been defended in Maine, with MJF set to face Alec Price.

Also on the card, the WWE Women’s ID Championship will be defended, as Laynie Luck makes her Limitless Wrestling debut by putting her title on the line against B3CCA.

It makes the night even more historic, with both a WWE-sanctioned championship and an All Elite Wrestling-sanctioned championship being defended on the same show, on the same night.
