Tuesday's 'Guess That Fishy Phrase' Winner [AUDIO]

Once again we played 'Guess That Fishy Phrase' on the show today. Doug was in the studio with a mouthful of water so he could utter the phrase of the day. As usual, it was the listener's job to be the first to guess the phrase.
