Theriault Finishes 5th At NHMS
Fort Kent's Austin Theriault started fifth and finished fifth at the NASCAR K& N Series race at New Hampshire Motor Speedway Saturday night.
Corey LaJoie, son of former NASCAR driver Randy LaJoie, won the race. He took the lead at lap 39 and never gave it up.
Theriault drives the #1 car for the Hattori Racing Team. His fifth place finish is his fifth top-5 finish in the nine races on the K & N Series. He is still looking for his first win.
Theriault is now just two points out of fourth in the driver standings and just 10 out of third place.
Next on the K & N Series schedule, a race at Iowa Speedway on July 28th.
