Stephen King may be best known for writing contemporary horror fiction, but this week he is gaining some attention for writing a check to the Coalition for a Safer Maine. Earlier this month, Maine authors Stephen and Tabitha King donated a large sum of money to assist the statewide gun control advocacy group in pushing forward to enforce stricter gun laws.
