Accessible only by boat, the Islesford Dock Restaurant and Gallery served as inspiration for the Krusty Krab in the popular 'SpongeBob SquarePants' cartoon series.

I took a few of my kids to the movies over the long weekend.  My daughter said something that threw me a bit and got me thinking.  The movie we were watching was animated and she said something to the effect of, “I don’t know who they based that main character on but he was hot!”  A cartoon?  Hot? Okay, I’ll bite.
