Movie Special Effects Then & Now [VIDEO]

I'm a movie nut. With modern technology the way it is, there's almost nothing that movie makers CAN'T do onscreen. It wasn't always that way of course. When I was a kid growing up in the 70s and 80s I lauded the special effects in movies like Star Wars or Tron. Today those same effects are fairly lame.

I found this video on YouTube that shows a pretty cool history of special effects. I eat this stuff up. Enjoy!
