Today on the show we talked about cover songs that are better than the original, or at least you think of the cover before you think of the original. We asked for your input and you did not disappoint. Here's a short list of some cover songs you deemed better.

On yesterday's show I debuted the new Metallica cover that is a medley in tribute to the late Ronnie James Dio. The legendary blues artist Muddy Waters had a famous song that summed it up pretty nicely. 'The Blues Had a Baby and They Called it Rock and Roll.' The seeds of rock and roll were planted in the cotton fields and the legendary blues artists were the Moms and Dads. There are a lot of classic rock songs out that are remakes or re-inventions of classic blues tunes.
