Environment Canada says a warm front will cross New Brunswick on Wednesday. Snow ahead of the front will begin over Western New Brunswick overnight tonight and then spread to remainder of the province early Wednesday morning.

The National Weather Service Office in Caribou says the advisory will be in effect from 1 a.m. Wednesday through 9 p.m. on Wednesday due to a wintery mix heading our way.

The advisory calls for snow, sleet and freezing rain. 4 to 6 inches of snow accumulation along with up to a tenth of an inch of ice are possible.

Precipitation will change to rain throughout Aroostook County and Western New Brunswick by late afternoon.
