Wales Government Offers Free Spray Tans to the Unemployed In Lieu of Benefits
The government of Wales has discovered the key to happiness for their unemployed – make them darker. Yes, you read that right. In Aberdare, the jobless rate is 9.6% and if you’re actively trying to find a job the Job Center there will gladly provide tans and makeovers at the town’s Well-being and Training Academy.

It’s an effort to boost their self-confidence and ultimately get them hired. Critics say they know of no employer who will hire you because you have a good tan.
