Deputy Reid Clark of the Aroostook County Sheriff's Office was alerted to the crash around 5:00 p.m.

Clark determined that 84-year-old Robert Robinson of Fort Fairfield had been driving north in a 2007 Toyota Camry when he lost control of the vehicle and rolled over.

Mr. Robinson and his passenger, 79-year-old Rose Robinson were taken by Crown Ambulance to TAMC with what are believed to be minor injuries, according to Sheriff Darrell Crandall. Both were wearing seat belts.

The Easton Fire Department also responded to the scene to render aid. Slippery road conditions appear to be a contributing factor in the crash, Crandall said. The car was towed from the scene due to disabling damage.
