The Mid-Coast region of Maine is getting some very deserved accolades, being named in Lonely Planet's Top 10 Underrated areas in the country.

Let's just say you might want to avoid the names Noah and Emma if you're expecting a newborn any time soon.

It has been over five months since the first storm of the season dumped nearly a foot of snow on Aroostook County.

Those of us who live in Maine know firsthand the beauty it holds.  Whether it's the pristine wilderness or the coastal goldmine, Maine is a place of wonder.  It turns out that we're not the only ones who think so.
