The plows were back out in Maine overnight. And it's almost MAY. It got us thinking about how Maine compares to the rest of the country when it comes to snow amounts. I mean, if it snows HALF the year around here, you would think we have to be the snowiest state around.

We are expecting to get a total accumulation between 3 to 5 inches.

For a few fleeting moments, an unexpected weather alert made everyone in Maine believe something far worse was imminent.

Some of you are super happy and then there are the traditionalists who are super bummed.

You should use the car wash more frequently than you might think.

You've spent all morning shoveling your driveway. You are cold, wet, and tired. And it's not even 7am yet. You go in to get dressed for work. You come back out to get into your car and...the city plow has PLOWED YOU IN. It's demoralizing! And completely unnecessary. Our friends at the Maine Department of Transportation have given us the trick to avoid the dreaded "Second Shovel."
