Babb's Bridge repairs have begun after an overweight truck crashed through the covered bridge into the Presumpscot River.

Thanks to two grants, the Presque Isle Historical Society will be making some upgrades to the 1875 Vera Estey House Museum on Third Street in the Star City.

The planet Uranus, located in Bridgewater as part of the Maine Solar System Model, will soon be taken down for repairs.
