The University of Maine at Presque Isle’s Gentile Hall staff will be celebrating Wellness Week from Monday, Sept. 23 through Thursday, Sept. 26.

Would you try a yoga class suspended above the floor?

I'll admit that technology for me is a double-edged sword. While I think the advancements truly do serve a purpose, sometimes they just make us lazier. You may have heard a bit about the new 'Google Glass.' I've only heard bits and pieces about it but this thing looks pretty darn cool and this new app is going to make the fitness fanatics go nuts.

Get the family in shape and have a ball at the same time on Saturday, October 26th at UMPI's Gentile Hall.  It's a tropical theme as the University's Physical Education students host another 'Fit and Fun Day.'
