Dinner

Maybe it's because I'm older, but it seems that cancer has been rearing its ugly head more and more these days.  The amount of benefit suppers seems unusually high.  That being said, these events are necessary and really do help those that need it.  Like Sherry Mockler Young.

9 year-old Colby Scott has severe Aplastic Anemia, a condition in which the bone marrow does not make enough new blood cells. Thanks to his 6 year-old brother Carson, who was a perfect donor match, on September 18th Colby had a bone marrow transplant.

November 9th marks the third year for the H.O.P.E. Dinner & Live Auction, which will be held at the Caribou Inn & Convention Center.  All profits will benefit those less fortunate.
