A family from Amarillo took their 10 year-old son Roman to last weekend's football game at AT&T stadium between the Cowboys and Lions. The tickets were a surprise from Roman's grandma because he is a huge Detroit Lions fan.

The Presque Isle Police Department is once again asking for the public's help, but not in the way you might think. They're not looking for help in apprehending a fugitive. They're simply asking for your help in voting for your favorite design of shoulder patch.

Spring is definitely here in Maine, you can tell because of the nasty potholes and frost heaves so big that you spill your morning coffee on the way to work!

Once again we played 'Guess That Fishy Phrase' on the show today. Doug was in the studio with a mouthful of water so he could utter the phrase of the day. As usual, it was the listener's job to be the first to guess the phrase.

Maine high school juniors are invited to submit entries for "A Journey Into Writing," the Maine Community College System’s statewide writing contest.  Entries will be accepted from December 16, 2013 through January 24, 2014.
