2017 Congressional Art Competition

Congressman Bruce Poliquin of Maine announced Tuesday that Lizzie Dunn, a sophomore at Houlton Jr./Sr. High School, is the winner of the 2017 Congressional Art Competition for Maine’s 2nd District.
