Depending on where you live in New England, you might have seen either a decrease or an increase in gasoline prices this past week.

Here in Maine, according to the latest GasBuddy.com survey, prices at the pump went up nearly a penny to $2.23 a gallon on average, while. In the Star City gas was costing motorists $2.32 a gallon.

Meanwhile in New Hampshire, fell a hall cent to $2.18 a gallon and in Vermont, gas prices fell 3.2 cents to $2.28.

 

The national average price per gallon went down this past week 2.7 cents to $2.22. That's 15.4 cents a gallon cheaper than last month and 4.8 cents a gallon below the price last year at this time.
