Man Who Fired Gun in Presque Isle Turns Himself in to Police
UPDATE: Presque Isle Police Chief Irwin said, thank you for your assistance over the last couple of days. Bobby Nightingale turned himself in Thursday afternoon.
The Presque Isle Police Department continues to look for a 36-year-old suspect in an alleged gun incident in a residential area of Presque Isle last week.
On Wednesday, May 23rd, around 9:30 p.m., Presque Isle police officers responded to a call of shots fired near 36 Oak Street, according to Chief Matt Irwin.
There were no injuries reported. The Presque Isle Police Department has developed probable cause to believe 36-year-old Bobby L. Nightingale is responsible for the shooting, Irwin said. Police believe the incident may be drug related.
An arrest warrant has been issued for Nightingale for the charge of Aggravated Reckless Conduct with a Firearm. Police say he is considered to be armed and dangerous.
