Man Dies After Shooting in Walmart Parking Lot, Auburn, Maine

Police identified a 41-year-old man shot in the Walmart parking lot in Auburn Saturday night.

Jean Fournier from Turner died at Maine Medical Center where he was taken after the shooting, said Steve McCausland, Maine State Police Spokesperson.

Detectives questioned a man involved in the shooting, and talked to people who were nearby when the incident occurred.

McCausland said no one has been charged with Fournier's death.

The State Medical Examiner’s Office is expected to do an autopsy Sunday.
