A 37-year-old man has been arrested after shooting a gun, harassing neighbors, kicking a warden and breaking a window in a police car.

The Kennebec County Sheriff’s Office said Robert Locke from Vienna was apprehended around 2:15 pm Thursday after firing a gun and harassing neighbors on Gordon Road in Vienna, Maine.

Shooting Gun and Honking Horn

Locke was shooting a gun and honking the horn of a vehicle in the driveway, said WGME News.

Harassment Order Against Suspect

Locke had a protection of harassment order against him and he was prohibited from having contact with his neighbors.

Deputies said Man Appeared Drunk

Deputies said Locke appeared to be drunk.

Broke Window in Police Cruiser

Deputies said after Locke was handcuffed and placed in a cruiser, he was able to get the handcuffs to his front and broke one of the windows in the police car.

Kicked Game Warden

Locke also kicked a Maine Warden assisting on the scene.

Bullet Holes and Firearms in Home

Police found several bullet holes and firearms in his residence. The guns were seized.

Multiple Charges

Locke is facing multiple charges including reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon, discharging a firearm near a dwelling, assault, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, aggravated criminal mischief, and violation of a protection order.

Taken to Jail

He was transported to the Kennebec County Correctional Facility.
