Ludlow Man Extricated from Tractor-Trailer after Crash in Maine
A 74-year-old Ludlow man was extricated from a tractor-trailer Thursday after a rollover crash on Route 11 in T8 R5.
Man Injured Following Crash
Timothy Folsom was taken to Houlton Regional Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Tractor-Trailer Landed on Driver’s Side
The Maine State Police said the crash happened around 12 pm when Folsom’s tractor-trailer “drifted off the roadway,” rolled over and landed on the driver’s side.
Road Closed for about an Hour
Route 11 was shut down for close to an hour. The investigation is ongoing into the cause of the crash.
First Responders and Law Enforcement
Assisting Troopers on the scene was the Maine Warden Service and emergency crews from Island Falls, Masardis, and Ashland Fire Departments.
