Bou’s Brew Pub - 431 Main St. - (207) 540-1445

  • Bou’s is offering an October Art Walk:  D.E.M. Studios  and  My Bad Photography in the first ever “Zombie Infestation Installation”.  A “Walking Dead” inspired exhibit.

Catholic Charities - 11 Davis St. - (207) 493-8919

  • Catholic Charities is announcing their featured artist at a later time.

Copper’s Lounge - Northeastland Hotel - 436 Main St. - (207) 768-5321

  • Copper’s Lounge will feature the musical talents of Travis Cyr. He’ll be playing from 6 – 8 pm.

Morning Star Art & Framing - 422 Main St. - (207) 764-1810

  • Cheryl Lovely will be the featured artist for October at Morning Star Art & Framing. Her work consists of pencil, watercolor and oil paintings. Stop in view her work while enjoying music performed by Peter Parker and the Gang.  Extended hours are from 6 to 9PM.

Reed Gallery - UMPI - 181 Main St. - (207) 768-9611

  • The University of Maine at Presque Isle’s Reed Fine Art Gallery will host a reception on Friday, Oct. 4 from 5-7 p.m. in conjunction with the Presque Isle First Friday Art Walk. On display will be Wise Women: A Celebration of their Insights, Courage, and Beauty by Joyce Tenneson. Light refreshments will be served.   • Their featured artist is yet to be announced.

Theresa Bonner Studio – 157 State St.

  • Bokwa® demo to be held by Theresa Bonner, a Certified BOKWA® Fitness and Licensed Zumba® Fitness Instructor. The studio is located on State Street. Enter via the door to the immediate left of the Bike, Board and Ski Shop.  Studio is at the top of the stairs.

The Whole Potato Café & Commons - 428 Main St. - (207) 554-4258

  • The Whole Potato Café presents “KNOWING ME KNOWING YOU” with Angel Cray & Craig Winslow. Stop in to support these local artists from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. and enjoy some County-grown food.

Wintergreen Arts Center - 149 State St. - (207) 762-3576

  • Wintergreen Arts Center will host “Colors of the County", an Artist Statement by Aroostook County native, Rachel Smith Mahe. Stop in to the Opening Reception of her watercolor exhibit on October 4th from 6 – 8 p.m. Her works will also be on display from October 4th to the 29th.  You’ll also have a chance to bring one of her pieces home while supporting Wintergreen’s children’s programming. Visit them during normal business hours to purchase your raffle tickets.
