After Discovery Of Body, Moncton Man Charged With First Degree Murder
The RCMP has arrested a Moncton man Thursday evening for allegedly being connected with an investigation into the discovery of a body on Wednesday in Moncton, N.B.
Mounties have reported that 44-year old Claude Blanchard appeared in Moncton Provincial Court today, and was charged with first-degree murder of the death of 35-year old Candice Kennedy-Faguy of Moncton.
Although the investigation continues, Blanchard is scheduled to appear in the Moncton Provincial Court on Friday, October 19 at 9:30 a.m. Atlantic Time.
The New Brunswick RCMP Crime Unit is asking for public assistance should anyone have any information about the death of Kennedy-Faguy. Anyone with any information about the incident should call 506-857-2400.
