Appearing in court in Rockland Wednesday, 37-year-old Anthony Lord of Crystal pleaded guilty to two counts of murder, two counts of attempted murder, elevated aggravated assault, theft, arson and other charges. A kidnapping charge was dropped.

Assistant Attorney General Leane Zainea said there was no plea agreement in the case.

Lord faces 25 years to life in prison when he's sentenced on August 7th in Bangor. He's currently serving a sentence at Maine State Prison for an assault unrelated to the deadly rampage in southern Aroostook and northern Penobscot Counties in July 2015.
