50 Years of The Beatles in America [VIDEO]

To mark the 50th anniversary of The Beatles coming to America and performing on The Ed Sullivan Show, an event that literally changed the course of music history, we're talking songs from the 'Fab Four' on the show today.

 

Although their appearance occurred almost a decade before I was born, the lasting effects are evident and are woven through the very fabric of every kind of music today. They changed everything. They showed everyone what was possible in modern music, albeit after their teen idol stage. America loved them. The world loved them, and we still do.
