Husson University guard Kenzie Worcester is North Atlantic Conference and New England Women's Basketball Association Player of the Week.

Worcester (Washburn HS) was a big part to wins over the University of Southern Maine and Maine Maritime Academy over the past week.

She averaged 29 PPG, 5.5 RPG and 3.5 APG. Worcester reached the career 1,000 point mark and did it quicker than any player in program history (66 games). The 20 free throws made vs MMA is a school record and most in the nation for a single game among Division III players this year.

NOTE: The Eagles are 4-1 in the NAC, 5-5 overall. Next on the schedule is a matchup at UMaine Farmington Tuesday night.
