Woodstock Police have arrested another suspect in connection with an assault and robbery case earlier this month.

On March 9th, police say a man was invited inside residence in downtown Woodstock and was attacked by several people with weapons.   Police say this was not a random attack, but the victim was targeted. Four people had already been arrested in the assault and robbery.
According to Woodstock Deputy Chief John Foster,  23-year-old Peter Noel Chisolm (aka Peter Polchies) was wanted wanted in connection with this robbery and other violent crimes in the Woodstock area. He had been on the run for more than two weeks.

Chisolm turned himself in to Woodstock Police on Wednesday morning.  He was taken to court where he waived his bail hearing.  He returns to Provincial Court in Woodstock on April 22nd for plea.
