University Of Maine In Orono One Of The Top 20 Party Schools In America

I'm not sure that colleges have students behave like they did in the movie 'Animal House', but many students do party and University of Maine is one of them.

Recently, Maxim Magazine reported the top 20 party schools in the country. Believe it or not, the University of Maine made the cut.

Parties at colleges have been around for decades. If it's not frat house initiations, then it's bonfires, houses parties, and other activities that can be pretty wild at times, to put it mildly.

The Princeton Review has come out with its rankings of best universities in the country and it's not based on academics or 'rigor'. Rather, it's based on how much of a party zone these schools display.

The top party college in the country is the University of Delaware in Newark, DE and Sonoma State University checking in at number 20. 

The University of Maine ranks as the 16th best party college in the country, according to students who were polled for the report.
