U2 will kick off a 19-city, 44-concert arena tour in May 2015 with a string of shows in several major North American cities. Called the Innocence + Experience Tour, these initial dates will be split up evenly with 22 springtime shows in North America and then another 22 set for the U.K. and Europe in the fall.

The long-rumored concerts are scheduled in clusters around three cities in Canada and six in the U.S. before heading to 10 cities overseas beginning in September. Signature venues include the Forum in Los Angeles, Madison Square Garden in New York City and the O2 in London. Floor tickets are priced at $65 via LiveNation, with prime seats costing $250-$275 and others as low as $30.

You can see the list of tour dates below. Billboard has suggested that this tour could eventually stretch as long as three years -- with additional stops in the North America and Europe, as well as possible concerts in Asia, South America and elsewhere.

Pre-sale tickets are set to go on sale for the general public on Dec. 8.

These dates follow the splashy online release of 'Songs of Innocence,' which sparked controversy when it appeared for free inside iTunes music libraries worldwide. A bicycle accident that led to scary injuries to frontman Bono apparently won't delay the start of the tour next year.
