Although Phish put Burlington, Vt., on the musical map, frontman Trey Anastasio has been living at the "Cliff House" in Palisades, N.Y., for nearly a decade. That house is currently on the market for $2.295 million.

Anastasio has been trying to sell the place since 2015, and, according to realtor.com, he recently dropped $700,000 -- nearly 25 percent -- from the original asking price of $3 million. He purchased it from actress Lorraine Bracco (The Sopranos, Goodfellas) in 2009. She and then-boyfriend Harvey Keitel (Taxi Driver, Pulp Fiction) bought it 20 years earlier from actress Ellyn Burstyn (Alice Doesn't Live Here Anymore, House of Cards).

Located 25 minutes from New York City, the 2,120-square-foot Cliff House was built in 1960 on a 2.1-acre lot in the Snedens Landing neighborhood. The two-story residence features three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and views of the Hudson River from each of its seven rooms. The kitchen, which has a wood stove, has been newly remodeled. It is accessible by a private road and is bordered to the south by Palisades Park, which runs for 12 miles along the Hudson.

“Cliff House is an extraordinary Hudson riverfront home located next to 2,500 acres of pristine, riverfront parkland, and only 25 minutes to New York City," agent Richard Ellis said in 2015. "The home is completely private and offers a mid-century vibe. Lots of fireplaces, decks, and a great yard that feels like you’re sitting in a park, looking out at the river. You even get your own private, rocky cove on the Hudson. A perfect getaway."
