Once again, it's time to change our clocks as Daylight Savings Time comes to end.

It's kind of a double-edged sword. On one hand, we get a little extra sleep on Sunday. On the other hand, it's probably dark when you get home. We want to know how you feel about the time change. Share your thoughts on our Facebook.

Don't forget, your clocks "fall back" one hour before going to bed Saturday night. Don't want you to be way too early for whatever activities you've got planned for Sunday.

This is a good time to change the batteries in your smoke detector & carbon monoxide alert.

There are some time change like hacks you can use to get through the transition - as our bodies and minds need time to adjust.
