A toy drive in memory of Houlton man will kick off this weekend. Won't you help make a child's Christmas?

Every year the North Country Cruisers car club holds a Cruising For Kids Toy Drive to help provide local families in need with toys and gifts to place under their Christmas Tree for their children. This was something that the late Tim McAtee loved and was truly devoted to.

This year North Country Cruisers would like to dedicate the toy drive in memory of Tim. Tim loved children and having the opportunity to help the community in any way possible.

Tim and his many years of hard work and dedication to the club, his community and Cruising For Kids Toy Drive is greatly appreciated and will not be forgotten. As in the past, North County Cruisers have placed donation cans on the counters of many local businesses.

North Country Cruiser will also be collecting any toy donations during the Holiday Light Parade in Houlton at 6 p.m. on Saturday, November 29th.

Monetary donations may also be sent to North Country Cruisers, 413 Military Street,  Houlton, Maine 04730.

All donations are distributed locally in our community to such organizations as Catholic Charities, Salvation Army, Battered Woman's Shelter and places serving those in need. North County Cruisers is a non-profit organization and all toys and proceeded well be spent and distributed locally.
