Shortly before 10 p.m. Wednesday, Codiac RCMP responded to a report that a dark-coloured truck had approached a car with two women inside on Bonavista Court in Moncton. Police say several shots were fired at the car, breaking some of the windows. The truck immediately left the area.

A short time later, officers arrested two young men and a teenage boy in connection with the incident. Police also seized the truck, along with an air gun and a package of pellets.

The police investigation revealed another incident earlier the same evening with shots fired at a vehicle in the Moncton Coliseum parking lot. Investigators believe the same parties were involved.

A 20-year-old man, a 19-year-old man and a 17-year-old boy will appear in Moncton Provincial Court on Friday afternoon.
