The Millinocket Marathon & Half is expecting over 2,400 runners Saturday, December 8th for the 4th annual event.

The race has brought in almost $250,000 over the years. It was created by Gary Allen to help the neighbors of Millinocket after the paper mill shut down in 2014.

The admission-free race starts at 10:00 a.m. at 33 Penobscot Ave.
