Teen Involved In Motorcycle Crash Dies

The Codiac Regional RCMP has reported that a 16-year-old Dieppe boy was involved in a motorcycle crash which resulted in the boy's death.

According to the report, at about 6:30 a.m. ADT, 5:30 a.m. EDT, Mounties received and responded to a 911 call concerning a motorcycle and driver in a ditch alongside the Bourque Road, near Chartersville Road in Dieppe.

The teen died at the scene as a result of injuries incurred from the crash.

Police are still attempting to determine the time of the crash. The preliminary investigation indicates that the teen may have lost control of the motorcycle and was ejected.
