The 2nd Annual 'Matthew Turnbull Livin' the Dream Scholarship Fundraiser' was held on Saturday, March 15th at the Caribou Inn & Convention Center. The money raised has been tallied and was presented to Northern Maine Community College on Wednesday, May 14th.

It's hard to believe it's been over a year since we lost our friend and sidekick Matt 'Nameless the Intern' Turnbull. It's been almost a year since the first 'St.Matty's Day' celebration which raises money for the 'Matthew Turnbull Livin' the Dream Scholarship Fund...

He started out as a part-time board operator pushing buttons for each Nascar race on our country station.  He progressed into an engineering assistant.  At the time, he also worked for a movie store so we took advantage of that and he began doing movie reviews on the afternoon show...

If you ever asked him how he was doing, he always replied, “Livin’ the Dream!” Around here, November 8th, 2012 will be a day we won’t soon forget.  It was the day we lost our friend, ‘Nameless the Intern.’  Matt Turnbull was a lot of things to a lot of people and his friends and family have decided to celebrate his life on Saturday, March 16th, 2013.
