TAMC and the Presque Isle Historical Society will team up again in 2016 to bring alive a piece of years gone by through their quarterly presentations.

After seeing how valuable a tool an iPad could be for the residents who owned one, the staff at Aroostook Health Center were able to invest in a few additional iPads for residents to use.

TAMC begins offering a new service this week to residents across Aroostook County.  The Presque Isle medical center is the new home for TAMC Ear, Nose & Throat Services.

TAMC welcomed the following “Special Deliveries” born at AR Gould Memorial Hospital in Presque Isle during the month of January 2016.

As part of TAMC’s new winter edition of the Fit & Fun series, the hospital has been offering opportunities for community members to take part in free or low cost activities that encourage being active and perhaps trying new things.

As part of the organization’s commitment to community health, TAMC is offering and promoting healthy, fun activities for individuals and families throughout 2016.

When the renovated gift shop at TAMC’s A.R. Gould Memorial Hospital opened in its new location in the fall of 2014, it was given a new name to better fit its new look, Country Heart Gift Shop. The name encompassed more than just the new image of the store, but also a commitment to have a “heart for giving,” and that vision came full circle recently with a donation to the County Dialysis Center. TAMC, the Aroostook Mental Health Center and the Turner Memorial Library in Presque Isle are partnering to offer a community presentation featuring a personal story from an individual who is well-known to the community.
