Growing up my best friend lived on Chicken Dinner Road.

1800s Portland: setting brothels afire, angry locals and traveling seamen, cannons, and guns. It was a weird time in our history.

There are street musicians, and then there are STREET musicians. This guy can play the guitar. It's like he's channeling Mark Knopfler of Dire Straits. I loved this song before but now I want to learn it.

This video is a couple of years old, but it's still pretty darn cool. Two supremely talented and entertaining dudes put a spin on the art of busking. Every street musician should take notes after watching this video.

On the 'Pay It Forward' front, I found a video that will keep you smiling as you watch it. This is a fantastic concept and so simple. Imagine if we could do this every day for those we love without the need for a specially designed environment.
