For some people, when an actor comes out and says something you disagree with, it's hard to watch them in the movies anymore without thinking about their point of view. As time goes by you tend to forget what an incredible actor they really are. I think that's what happened to the band 'Stryper.'

For today's hidden gem I bring you the Colorado-based 'Big Head Todd & the Monsters.'  I've been into this band since college and that's basically where they built their following, traveling around to campuses first in the West and Northwest and eventually going statewide and through Canada.  They have a supremely loyal fan base and have been quite successful despite only moderate media attent

Today’s hidden gem comes from an unlikely source.  Through the late eighties and early nineties he made a name for himself as a soulful singer of love ballads and Motown remakes.  He became more famous for his mane of hair and who he was dating than for his voice or his songwriting.
