April is Autism Awareness Month and the Aroostook Autism Support Group is wrapping up the month with a large community event on Saturday, April 29, at Presque Isle Middle School.

April is Autism Awareness Month and the Aroostook Autism Support Group, located in Presque Isle, will be holding their fourth annual Autism Challenge, but this year with a slight twist.

A year of waiting on spare change was well worth the wait for two county organizations.

Family members, educators and professionals who live and work with autistic individuals will soon have the opportunity to gain valuable resources and greater understanding of the individuals thanks to the grassroots efforts of the Aroostook Autism Support Group.

Did you know that April is Autism Awareness Month? Join the Aroostook Autism Support Group for their 2nd Annual Autism Challenge Dinner and Auction on Saturday, April 18th at the Presque Isle Inn and Convention Center.
