The reign of Allen's Coffee Flavored Brandy reign in Maine may be over. Or is it? According to one report, Fireball Cinnamon Whisky has now become Maine's favorite adult drink.

The Bangor Daily News reports that Fireball Cinnamon Whisky is now that most popular brand of adult beverage in the Pine Tree State as it has outsold Allen's Coffee Flavored Brandy by about a half a million dollars in 2018.

According to the hard figures, Fireball brought in a whopping $10.1 million, to include $4 million of the 50-milliliter bottles known as "nips" last year to Allen's $9.6 million.

Allen's Coffee Flavored Brandy has dominated the adult beverage market in Maine for the past 15 years or so, but that reign has seemed to come to an end.
