Score & More! High School Basketball: John Bapst at Presque Isle (Girls)

The Presque Isle Lady Wildcats hosted the #1 seeded John Bapst Crusaders from Bangor in a major Class B Girls matchup on Wednesday. Jeff Hudson’s squad came into the game ranked #7 in the Class B Girls standings with a 8-3 record.

In the end the Wildcats took the pivotal game by a score of 55 to 50. They were led in scoring by Emily Wheaton with 30 points. She was helped out by Sydney Thompson with 14 points.

For John Bapst, they were led in scoring by Crystal Bell with 18 points.

Next up for the Presque Isle Lady Wildcats is a weekend trip to play Ellsworth on Friday and the MDI Lady Trojans on Saturday.

The Cushman and Son’s Player of the Game was Emily Wheaton.
