Rotary Club Recognizes Outstanding Seniors

The Presque Isle Rotary Club was pleased to announce the recipients of this year's Outstanding Seniors awards.

The awards were presented during the Rotary Club's annual luncheon for Presque Isle High School seniors on Monday at the University of Maine at Presque Isle.

This traditional event gives the local service club's approximately 100 members an opportunity to celebrate the Presque Isle High School Class of 2016 and the seniors' many scholastic, athletic, and extra-curricular accomplishments and achievements.

The Outstanding Seniors awards are given each year to a graduating male and female at Presque Isle High School. Along with the awards, recipients are each given a $2,000 scholarship from the club. Honored with the awards this year were Sam Gray and Jillian Flynn.
