New Red Sox baseball boss Dave Dombrowski's first trade was a whopper. The Sox get closer Craig Kimbrel from the San Diego Padres and give up four prospects to make it happen.

Those four young players are OF Manuel Margot, SS Javier Guerra, INF Carlos Asuaje and P Logan Allen.

Margot, who played Double-A for the Portland Seadogs, was considered the Sox #3 prospect. Guerra was #6.

Kimbrel is 27-years-old and has two years plus an option year on his current contract. He gets paid about $11 million next year and $13 million in 2017.

For San Diego last year, Kimbrel had 39 saves and a 2.58 ERA. He had 89 K's in 59 innings.
