Red Cross Steps in to Help Florenceville-Bristol Family After Fire

A family of three has been displaced after an overnight fire gutted their two-story home in Florenceville-Bristol, New Brunswick.

A couple and their 23-year-old daughter escaped unhurt from the blaze, which was reported shortly after midnight at 7 Mitchell Crescent. All three are staying with relatives for now.

Disaster volunteers with the Canadian Red Cross have offered emergency aid if needed, though the family expected insurance would cover many of their losses.
