RCMP Seeking Help For Break & Enter in Rivière-Verte

The Rivière-Verte detachment of the RCMP is seeking the public’s assistance following a break and enter at a church in the community.

According to police, sometime between November 2 and 4, a break and enter occurred at Église du Sacré-Coeur on Principale Street in Rivière-Verte.

A door to the church was forced open and an undisclosed amount of cash was taken, police said.

The RCMP is asking that anyone who may have been travelling near the church between November 2 and 4, 2015, and saw any suspicious activity or has information about this break and enter to contact the Rivière-Verte detachment at 506-263-1050.
