RCMP are asking for the public's help in locating a 53-year-old Baker Brook man reported missing over the weekend.

RCMP say that Mario Ouellet was last seen on Tuesday afternoon, but his family didn't report him missing until Saturday. He was last spotted driving his black Toyota RAV4. But the vehicle was later found in Caron Brook parked by Route 161.

Police, fire department members and volunteers have searched the shoreline and nearby snowmobile trails in the Clair area. A team from the U.S. Border Patrol has even conducted searches on the other side of the Saint John River in Fort Kent. In the coming days, an RCMP helicopter is expected to be dispatched to the area to aid in the search.

Ouellet is described as 160 cm tall (5' 3"), weighing 170 lbs and has a slim build. He has medium-length brown hair, a thick brown mustache and brown eyes.
